All visual depictions displayed on this website are exempt from the provisions of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A and 28 C.F.R. § 75 for the following reasons:

Despite the exemption above, we maintain the following safeguards consistent with the intent of child protection legislation:

• All users must confirm they are 18 years of age or older before accessing any adult content;
• All AI generation prompts are filtered in real-time against a prohibited keyword list that blocks any terms associated with minors or underage content;
• Any prompt containing terms such as "minor," "child," "underage," "loli," "shota," or similar is rejected before any image generation occurs;
• All fictional characters depicted in adult content are presented as adults (18+) by design through our AI system parameters;
• All generation requests are logged with timestamps, anonymized IP addresses, and user identifiers for potential law enforcement cooperation;
• We report any suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM) to the NCMEC CyberTipline and the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF).

Although not legally required to maintain 18 U.S.C. § 2257 records (as no real persons are depicted), BeastyLov voluntarily affirms the following:

• All AI-generated characters depicting sexual content are programmed and intended to represent adult characters aged 18 or over;
• No minors have participated in the creation of any content on this website in any capacity;
• No records of real persons are required or maintained as no real persons appear in any content;
• The underlying AI model training data consists of adult furry art and does not include imagery of minors.

As a French-operated service, BeastyLov additionally complies with:

• Loi n° 2020-936 du 30 juillet 2020 — French law for child protection online;
• Directive 2011/93/EU — European Directive on combating sexual abuse and exploitation of children;
• EU AI Act (Regulation 2024/1689) — all AI-generated content is disclosed as artificial;
• RGPD / GDPR — all user data processing is compliant with European data protection regulation.
