5. Child Safety — Absolute Zero Tolerance

BeastyLov has an absolute, non-negotiable zero-tolerance policy on any content that sexualizes or endangers children. This applies to:

Photographic or realistic depictions of minors in sexual contexts
AI-generated, illustrated, or animated depictions of minors in sexual contexts
Written descriptions, prompts, or requests involving sexual content with minors
Any content that could be used to groom, exploit, or endanger real children

Technical enforcement:

A real-time keyword filter blocks all prompts containing terms associated with minors before any generation occurs;
All generation requests are permanently logged with timestamps, hashed IP, and user identifier;
The NSFW mode requires explicit double age-confirmation;
Our AI negative prompts explicitly block minor-related terms in every single generation.

Reporting: We actively report all suspected CSAM to the NCMEC CyberTipline (USA), the Internet Watch Foundation (UK/EU), and local law enforcement. Violators will be permanently banned and reported to authorities with all available identifying information.

6. Username & Profile Standards

Usernames, display names, bios, and profile images must not:

Impersonate other users, public figures, or the BeastyLov brand;
Contain slurs, hate speech, or content targeting any protected group;
Reference prohibited content (e.g., usernames referencing CSAM will result in immediate account termination);
Include personal contact information of others;
Be designed to deceive or mislead other users.

7. Comments & Social Features

Comments, reactions, and social interactions must comply with this policy. Additionally:

Do not use comments to solicit personal information from other users;
Do not post spam, promotional links, or repetitive content;
Constructive criticism is welcome; targeted harassment is not;
Threats of any kind will result in immediate account termination.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

All images produced by this Service are generated by artificial intelligence. In compliance with the EU AI Act (Regulation 2024/1689):

All outputs are synthetic and do not represent real persons, animals, or events;
Content must not be presented as real photographs or genuine artwork without disclosure;
You are responsible for how you use and share generated content in accordance with applicable laws.

9. Copyright & Intellectual Property

Do not request generation of copyrighted characters (e.g., corporate mascots, fictional characters from movies/games) for commercial use;
Do not upload profile images or other content that you do not have the right to use;
Generated fursonas are granted to you for personal, non-commercial use under the terms described in our Terms of Service;

10. Enforcement

We enforce this policy at our sole discretion. Depending on severity, violations may result in:
